Apricus

Type: Cosecha

Medium to intense cherry-red robe. Intense and complex nose. With the ripe red fruits dominating at the beginning. The redcurrant and blackberry are well defined. On tasting, it shows itself to be complete and smooth, while at the same time potent and well balanced. The tannins are very ripe, contributing a sense of density leaving a lingering, fruity aftertaste. Easy to drink, its sweetness is inviting once you partake a second glass.

Apricus

Type: Crianza

A nice cherry red color, very intense with deep red glints in fine depth. Clean and bright. Powerful nose with a lot of intensity and a strong fruit flavor. Hints of very mature red and black candied fruits give way to fine wood fragrances, black licorice, cocoa, chocolate and spicy notes, perfectly combined with the fruit. It has the smooth entry of a serious wine, well composed with a good structure. Broad palate, tasty with a certain density, achieving an intense finish, which is both persistent and delicate. There is a perfect balance of fruit, acidity and wood.

Apricus Roble

Type: Crianza

Intense cherry-red robe with hints of a bluish layer, bright and clear. Well-balanced, intense nose, elegant and attractive hints of ripe berries. Spicy and toasted background with toffee and coffee nuances. Potent, spirited and tasty. Sweet, concentrated ripe fruit undertones, accompanied by chocolate, licorice and cocoa. Enveloping and lingering finish.

Apricus Sensus

Type: Gran Reserva

Intense deep purple color. Purplish rims, almost fruity with a fine depth. Very clean and bright. The nose has mature notes of black fruits, blackberries, blueberries wrapped in coffee, licorice, toffee and balsamic and chocolate undertones. In the mouth it is full-bodied, structured, fleshy, oily and sweet. A creamy, enveloping sensation, with a long and persistent balsamic finish.

Arbas

Type: Roble

Intense cherry red with a thin purple. Aromas: fruit, blackberry, cherry jam, violet flowers, toasty oak, toffee and vanilla. Wine broad and generous, flavorful, rich and balanced, with ripe and silky tannins, long finish with hints of red fruits and roasted.

Arco de Curiel

Type: Roble

Cherry red with purple trim. Expressive nose with surprising notes of wild berries , raspberry, currant and cherry, typical of his youth, at the same time touches of cherry jam where fresh candied fruit character merges with wood providing a delicate toffee , dried fruit and licorice. Meaty , tasty and friendly to the palate, with an elegant balance of sweet tannins and good acidity providing freshness and a final jam of red fruits.

Arrocal

Type: Cosecha

An opaque ruby colour. Powerful, plentiful, seductive blackberry and blackcurrant aromas including baking spices and floral qualities. Soft, silky and impressively pure, with vibrant dark berry flavours and fine-grained tannins. Surprisingly juicy and persistent with excellent saturation and clarity on the palate.

Arrocal Ángel

Type: Reserva

Opaque ruby colour. Perfume of exotic blackberry, plum jam, cola, oak, spice and incense aromas. Fruity aromas. exuberant, spicy, dark-layered palate raised and shared by the gentle acidity. Hangs on with real authority, leaving smoky and spicy notes. From now on, the wine is velvety, ready for drinking now and perfect for drinking with a piece of grilled or roast lamb in autumn.

Arrocal Selección

Type: Reserva

The 2011 Arrocal Seleccion is pure Tempranillo with ripe, minty aromas. It is quite showy and attractive with balsamic notes of cola nut, quite marked by the oak. It has enough intensity of fruit to keep the oak in the background, both in nose and palate. The tannins are polished and plump, and there seems to be enough acidity. It feels remarkably fresh for a warm vintage like 2011.

Arzuaga

Type: Crianza

Visual: Clean and bright, dark cherry color with purple flashes. Nose: An impressive nose full of ripe fruits, purple flowers, a balsamic touch, and a caramel background. Palate: Round and elegant palate. Velvety sensations bestow an impressive length. The taste is a faithful memory of the complex nose.

Arzuaga

Type: Reserva

VISUAL: Clean and bright, cherry red colored with violet shades. NOSE: Elegant and delicate, with an outstanding fruit amalgam, creating a high complexity and tertiary aromas with spicy character, incenses, toasted hints. PALATE: Ample and structured, with sweet tannin marked. Silky sensations and prolonged aftertaste.

Arzuaga Gran Reserva

Type: Reserva

Visual: High intensity, purple red color and similar rims. Nose: Wide and intense, where predominate the red fruit compote aromas, mint, cacao and a slight roast and caramel background. Very elegant and complex aromas develop throughout the tasting. Mouth: The first sensations are fresh and friendly, giving way to wine's characteristic smoothness and fleshiness. The aftertaste is long, recalling the spicy and caramel aromas.
