Emina Atio

Type: Cosecha

This wine comes from the Pago del Horno region in Valbuena de Duero. The vineyards are rooted 800 meters above Sea Level, where the vines get a lot of sunshine. The environmental factors experienced by the grapes lend them with very particular characteristics which are expressed in the wine. The wine has a deep yet bright cherry color with purple glints. On the nose it is very complex. There is an excellent harmony in its aromas: clear, ripe fruit; toasted notes of coffee, vanilla, leather and cocoa. On the palate the wine is powerful and elegant, with an extraordinary backbone. Sweet, polished tannins perfectly balance with notes of spice and fruit. Smooth and lingering finish.

Emina Crianza

Type: Crianza

Deep cherry color with purple glints. Clean and bright. On the nose, this a very complex wine with excellent harmony in its aroma: ripe fruit, toast and coffee. On the palate, its powerful, round and well structured. There are sweet, balances tannins that are perfectly balanced with clean wood. Smooth and lingering finish.

Emina Reserva

Type: Reserva

High tones, purple color with dark cardinal glints. A very intense nose with deep tertiary spices like clove, roasted nuts and varietal stewed fruits. On the palate, there is a broad, remarkable structure of sweet tannins and a long, lingering finish.

Emina Sauvignon

Type: Rueda Sauvignon

Yellow with golden reflections, brilliant and intense. Especially aromatic and intense, tropical fruit aromas such as guava, passion fruit and mineral notes. Tasty, with a Light bitter ending, medium bodied, long and warm ending with exceptional fruit flavors. Good retro olfaction with pleasant aromatic feelings.

Emina Tinto Fino

Type: Reserva

The wine has a robust purple color with dark cardinal glints. On the nose this wine strikes with intensity, at first with a variety of ripe fruit notes, which are complemented by deep tertiary aromas of clove and roasted nut. It has a generous mouth feel with a remarkable structure of sweet tannins. The aroma of ripe fruit, mingles with these sweet tannins, offering a long and persistent ending.

Emina Verdejo

Type: Rueda Verdejo

Pale yellow color with green glints, bright and clean. Fruity and strong, primary aromas of tropical fresh fruit (banana and pineapple) in perfect harmony with Verdejo scents such as lavender blossoms, lightly aniseed touches of fennel and thyme, hay and fresh herbs. Medium structure, with an acidity touch which gives a noticeable freshness - in perfect harmony with a hardly noticed alcohol. Elegant fruit flavors with the typical bitter touch of this grape variety at the end.

Type: Rueda Verdejo

Straw-yellow color with a greenish rim. Clean, bright and very attractive. On the nose, a full range of aromas of medium to high intensity. Notes of flowers and tropical fruits such as papaya and pinapple, hints of eucalyptus and anise. Subtle aromas of dry leaves coming through. On the mouth and very elegant and rich palate, freshly and well structured. The finish provides and intense and elegant bitterness.

Eresma Barel Fermented

Type: Rueda Verdejo

Clean and bright with a pale straw color with greenish hues. Complex and intense on the nose showing elegant aromas with hints of smoke, cocoa and vanilla, which give way to fruity tones such as ripe apricot, conference pear, pineapple caramel and lemon rind and a subtle hint of white flowers and fresh herbal notes. On the mouth, elegant, fine, intense, fatty and creamy, with strong acidity, good structure and a bitter finish characteristic of the Verdejo variety, with hints of hay and the odd touch of yellow berries.

Eresma Verdejo

Type: Rueda Verdejo

Pale straw yellow color with greenish hues.Complex and intense in nose,with a strong presence of the hay aromas characteristic of the Verdejo variety, which give way to subtle notes of white flowers and white fruit such as apples. Elegant, intense and fatty, in the mouth, with strong acidity and a bitter finish characteristic of the variety.

Eresma VR

Type: Rueda Verdejo

Pale yellow color with green glints, bright and clean. Intense an complex in nose, with some floral essences and slight touches of fruit such as green apple and pear. It also reminds to typical herbal essences from the Verdejo variety. Fresh, unctuous, and elegant in mouth. It has a very good acidity and a characteristic final bitterness.

An unique wine elaborated from our oldest vineyards in D.O. Ribera del Duero by Jose Manuel Corrales. We elaborate this wine only the years when the vintage was exceptional in quality. This vintage, 2004, has a power and elegance from the Tempranillo grape that is not seen every year. Our most selected wine was elaborated with the highest quality Tempranillo grapes in structure and character. Intense cherry red colour with ruby borders. With a great finesse, elegance and intensity on the nose, it displays spicy and mineral notes, over a roasted and with ripe black fruits background (plum and prune). On the palate it is full, potent, high concentrated with present tannins but very polished.

Type: Rueda Verdejo

Single grape variety of a yellow color with clean, brilliant and greenish highlights. An intense, complex, and elegant nose, where balsamic and herbaceous aromatic nuances mingle with intense fruity notes. On the palate, it offers a wide spread of flavors, revealing complexity, length and persistence.
