Color: Lemon yellow with green frosted twinkles, clean, bright and very glyceric tears.
Nose: Clean aromatic ensemble, with high intensity. The notes of apricot, peach, fennel, green almond shell, anise seed, fresh fruits (lychee, grapefruit, green apple) show up. Recalls to fresh cut hay and light smoke touches mixed with mineral notes.
Palate: Velvety and silky entry developing to great volume and structure. The balanced acidity gives freshness and nerve. Long and tasty, fruity aftertaste, with an aftertaste sensation even more intense than in the nose phase, sowing up the recalls of fennel and anise seed.
Greenish-yellow colour. The nose has a marked Verdejo varietal aroma with medium intensity and hints of fennel, herbs, white blossom, pear and peach. It has a fresh, unctuous, very smooth mouth-feel, with a long, round finish. Its good acidity together with a period of ageing on its finest lees helps to keep its fresh taste longer and preserves all its aromatic complexity. This wine does not aim to impress with a powerful nose, but rather reveals a more elegant, complex varietal character. These are wines which can still be enjoyed even 24-30 months after the harvest.
Pale yellow- gold with some pale green notes and light lemony shades in a thin layer. High aromatic intensity, fruity with tropical notes. On the palate it is full body, smooth and pleasant.
Fuentespina Roble is a young wine from D.O. Ribera del Duero elaborated 100% of Tempranillo grapes from 50 years old vines and aged 7 months in New American oak barrels. The grapes used in the elaboration of this wine are rigorously controlled for hygiene standards, quality, acid content and pH levels. After the grapes are de-stemmed and crushing, a cold film maceration is carried out at 5C for a period of 72 hours to obtain the maximum potential from the primary aromas. They are fermented in stainless steel tanks between 18C and 22C for 10 days. When the alcoholic fermentation finishes the wine is racked to proceed with the malolactic fermentation. Aromatic, refreshing acidity which makes the wine very lingering on the palate. Well-structured with balsamic touches coming through intensely in the finish together with grapefruit notes.
Javier Sanz Verdejo is the best expression of Rueda and its terroir: youthful and bright, with light shades of green. In the nose, its shows fresh and lively varietal notes of sweet grapefruit, combined with mineral, anise and fennel as well as floral aromas. Bone-dry in the palate, its medium body is coupled with a crisp, refreshing acidity that make it perfect to drink at all times.
In the visual phase, the wine shows a brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections. The aroma, of great intensity, is elegant, fresh and complex. It has a markedly fruity tone that spans the range of white fruits (pear, peach), citrus and passion fruit. There are also hints of fennel and garrigue on a balsamic aniseed ground. In the mouth the notes of fresh fruit appear again. Unctuous, sweet and elegant with a slight touch of bitterness in the finish characteristic of the Verdejo variety. It has a big structure that favors its persistence.
Pale yellow with greenish hues, its aromatic expression is an exceptional combination of vegetal notes and exotic fruits, memories of freshly cut grass and a hint of minerality. In the mouth it has the fresh clean elegance typical of Sauvignon Blanc. This is a highly intense wine, structured, persistent and rounded.

Bright and golden yellow to the eye, it has an intense, complex nose, its aromas spicy, slightly smoky, with ripe fruit and a hint of wood. There are also notes of exotic fruits and minerals. In the mouth it is voluminous, unctuous and very elegant. Powerful, with a good acidity that ensures a long and lively passage. It presents a great balance between fruit and wood. Everything that is perceived in the nose appears again in the mouth.
