• 1ea Queso Manchego• 1t Black Peppercorns, Toasted• 1ea Arbol Chili, Toasted• 1pc Rosemary, Stem Removed• 1ea Peel of Entire Lemon• 1.5C Olive Oil
• Dry toast the spices in a pan.• Cut the rind off of the cheese then cut into 1inch cubes.• Place everything minus the oil into a container.• Add the oil.• Allow to marinate for 24 hours before using.
Note: Allow to come to room temperature before serving, about 1 hour.
