Ingredients
- 5pc Boquerone Filets
- 1oz Olive Oil
- 2oz Olive Oil Potato Chips
Directions
- Arrange the Boquerones or Anchovies on the plate.
- Add the Olive Oil.
- Place the Chips in a bowl.
Notes: This can be made a few minutes before serving. Serve on small plates. Serve separated or build a pile of chips and place fish on top! Olives are optional but encouraged.
